The SH-T01 is a tablet that was developed with business and sales in mind.
The machine meets the strict requirements set by Google for devices suitable for corporate use under the Android Enterprise Recommended program.
Sharp offer an optional installation of the LINC Biz Enterprise Mobility Management service that enables IT administrators to initialise or lock the tablet by remote control. This goes with a one-stop support feature.
It has a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA). There is nothing special about the screen – it's one of Sharp's plain TFTs, I didn't know they still made them.
This corporate tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 665 processor, has 4 GB of operating memory, and 64 GB of built-in storage. External memory cards are supported.
The tablet's rear camera is the same as the front-facing one: 8 MP, aperture size f/2.0.
The positioning service is compatible with GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS (MICHIBIKI).
There is no calling module installed, nor a digital TV one, nor a Felica/NFC chip.
The SH-T01 is both waterproof and dustproof. It measures 170 x 246 x 8.2 mm and weighs 491 grams.
The SH-T01 is offered with an optional foldable and rotatable stand whose angle can be adjusted.
