Featured on the DoCoMo Winter 2010/2011 series is another 3D capable device by Sharp, the Lynx SH-03C. This means you can take 3D images, shoot 3D videos in HD, play 3D games and watch 3D films.
Specifications-wise it is the same as the SoftBank 3D models announced a week earlier. The Lynx 03C comes with a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor (Qualcomm MSM8255), 512 MB of RAM, running on top of Android 2.2 Froyo.
The screen is a 3.8-inch WVGA (800 x 480 px) and the camera - a 3D capable 720p wide angle (29mm) CCD matrix 9.6 megapixel shooter of the ProPix class - same as on the Softbank Galapagos 003SH and the KDDI IS03 (less the 3D capability).
The Lynx SH-03C is equipped with a FOMA 3G module ensuring 7.2 MB/s HSDPA and 5.7 MB/s and HSUPA, and it can work on GSM/GPRS/EDGE too. Also included are Wi-Fi b/g, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, InfraRed and GPS anntena. Other standard features include One Seg TV and Mobile wallet (osafu keitai).
The Lynx SH-03C weighs about 140 grams and measures 123mm × 62mm × 13.4mm (W x H x D). It started selling in Japan in the first week of December 2010.
