At the end of December 2011, carrier AU KDDI are launching another touchscreen slider, the IS14SH. This has very few differences, if any, from the Summer 2011 model IS11SH or its SoftBank counterpart, the Hybrid 101SH.

This smartphone comes with a 3.7-inch touchscreen with a 960×540 New Mobile ASV display and a 19-key pad with a 4-way cursor that were traditional on the now nearly forgotten flip-style keitais.

The Aquos Phone IS14SH is equipped with an 8.04-megapixel autofocus CMOS-sensor camera that can record HD (720p) videos.

The IS14SH runs Android 2.3. No OS upgrades were released for it.

Hardware specifications are hardly impressive for the end of 2011: a 1.0 GHz Qualcomm processor and 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of ROM storage.

This Aquos Phone supports Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, Infrared, Felica mobile wallet, OneSeg digital TV, even comes with Skype and Twitter pre-installed.

The dimensions are approximately 56 (W) × 117 (H) × 14.7 (D) mm (15.4 mm around thickest part) and the weight – 136 grams. The Aquos Phone IS14SH is available in three clour variants: Champagne pink, shiny white, and night black.
