In October 2012, China Telecom launched another mid-range Sharp smartphone, the SH630T, which was also released in taiwan on carrier Commtiva as SH630E.
The screen on this device measures 4.3 inches in diagonal and has a QHD resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. It is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon MSM8625 by Qualcomm humming at 1.2 Ghz, but only has 768 MB of RAM, which will hopefully let the Android 4.0.4 OS work smoothly. Video graphics are managed by an Adreno 203. The built-in memory is 4 GB, and up to 32 GB microSD cards are supported.
The SH630T / SH630E supports both CDMA (800 Mhz and 1900 Mhz) and GSM networks (900 Mhz, 1800 Mhz, 1900 Mhz). The wireless module works on 802.11b/g/n. Also featured are Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 and an FM radio (87.5-108MHz) with RDS radio reciever. There is a GPS antenna as well.
The main camera is 5 megapixels and the secondary one - 0.31 MP.
The SH630T / SH630E has a scratch-resistant display glass, a curved-glass screen, and Sharp's Feel UX user interface.
The battery has a capacity of 1650 mAh and this smartphone measures 66.8 x 127.6 x 9.5 millimetres, weighing 125 grams.
