SoftBank is the first Japanese carrier to officially announce availability of the Aquos R5G, which Sharp announced less than 3 weeks earlier (17th February 2020). The first Japanese 5G device will sell under model name 908SH.

The Aquos Mobile 3 is Sharp's next iteration of the traditional foldable keitai for Softbank and its subsidiary Y!Mobile, where it's sold under the 806SH name.
